
Eva is running her private coaching practice since 2004. Previously, she has acquired 15 years of experience in the education sector where she has been working in various roles - from founding administrator and instructor at Kozgazdasagi Politechnikum (Hungary), policy advisor at the National Institute of Pedagogy (Hungary), research associate at INSEAD (France), lecturer in the special language department at Stanford University (USA), and instructor of Hungarian at Harvard University (USA).
Her specialty area is working with professionals and teams in an international context, career transition, leadership development, change management and cross-cultural communication. She is interested in adult learning, multi-cultural environments, stress reduction and mindfulness practices.
Her personal experience of living through the political changes in Hungary (1989), then living in France for 17 years - where she has coached MBA students and their spouses going through major career transitions - then living in the United States for 7 years (Palo Alto, Boston, New York) allowed her to develop a real cross-cultural perspective and a good understanding of the challenges of international managers and the different cultural contexts in which they operate.
She has logged more than 800 hours of coaching, working with executives all around the world across multiple industries. She has a warm, engaging approach and connect with people from all background.
